MEDVANCE IS EQUIPPED WITH EN ISO 13485 CERTIFIED ETHYLENE OXIDE (ETO) FACILITY.

Our ETO’s highly-computerized sterilizer is designed and utilized for those medical products, especially plastic components / packaging, that cannot support conventional high temperature steam sterilization. ETO gas infiltrates packages and products to kill micro-organisms that are left during production and packaging processes. ETO sterilization validation and testing enables us to accurately sterilize and adhere to regulatory requirements. The ETO sterilizer data box makes retrieving data fast and user-friendly.

The process is in 3 phases:

• Pre-conditioning
• Sterilization
• Aeration

ETO can penetrate all layers of breathable packaging / components, ensuring its suitability for sterilizing a whole range of materials that are incompatible with other sterilization methods.

Medvance selectively provides contract sterilization services to other external parties.
